Tealish at Eat to the Beat – An evening of culinary delights benefiting Willow Breast Cancer Support

Tealish Tea Tasting Table at Eat to the Beat

Tealish Tea Tasting Table at Eat to the Beat

Tealish was thrilled to participate in our second Eat to the Beat event, last night at Roy Thompson Hall!

Eat to the Beat is billed as “an evening of culinary delights benefiting Willow Breast Cancer Support” and features a ton of talented Ontario chefs, winemakers and food companies. This year’s Chef Spokesperson was Food Network star Anna Olson!

Tealish was sampling three hot teas along with an herbal iced tea and our Tea Table was busy all night long!

The event was a real pleasure to be a part of and has raised almost 3 million dollars for cancer research since it began! There was lots and lots of tasty food, local wines, decadent sweets and of course, great tea!

Check out the Tealish facebook page for some more photos – highlighted by the wacky costumes from the Willow ladies (well worth a look – trust me!).

Highlighted as one of the top 20 events in Toronto, I can’t recommend Eat to the Beat strongly enough. It’s a fantastic event, with amazing food, in an incredible venue and it benefits a very worthwhile cause. If you haven’t been, we hope to see you next year!
